It is 1935, and the young ladies of Scandalgate Academy dream of hoofing it to Hollywood to become movie stars. But behind the respectable ivy clad gables and dreaming spires lurk heinous crimes, passionate feelings of love, monumental power struggles and long forgotten wild oats...

If dreams never come true, except at Scandalgate, will the young ladies’ dreams of stardom have any chance of becoming a reality?

New Frame Productions were general managers for the first staged reading of new musical Scandalgate by David Gollins at The Other Palace. Directed by Greg Barnett, with musical direction by Arlene McNaught.
